Self-care coach & wellness expert
I am the owner and founder of Cassie’s Cure. I am a self-care coach and I help women, just like yourself, choose themselves first and love themselves better. I teach women how to practice self-care unapologetically while building their self-confidence so they can live a peaceful lifestyle through wellness retreats, my self-care group coaching program, self-love workshops, and webinars.
With 3+ years of experience in teaching, mentoring, self-care and self-love research I have cultivated a valuable understanding of self-care and self-confidence.
Outside of helping people build better self-care habits, you can always catch me spending time with my puppy, listening to R&B music, writing poetry, hanging out with friends, or watching some amazing tv show on Netflix!
If you are ready to practice build up your self-confidence and learn new self-care practices then you are in the right place!
my mind, body, and soul deserves to be loved, cared for, and respected.
Born and raised in Southern California, I am a 27 years old first-generation college graduate, student affairs professional, and entrepreneur.
I started Cassie’s Cure off as a self-reflection blog in September 2017 after ending an emotionally toxic relationship and a few friendships. I was at a place in my life where I wanted to know and understand myself better without judgement. It was through these blogs that I began to find what I needed the most. SELF-LOVE, SELF-CARE, AND SELF-CONFIDENCE.
I wanted to be able to look at my mistakes and insecurities and learn how to love and nurture them. I wanted a safe space to identify what self-care looks like for me, so I created one. Shortly after, I realized I wasn't the only one who needed this space and that's when in 2019 I decided to take this blog and turn it into a full blown self-care business for women like you and I.
I hope that you find what you need while you're here because I sure have.
